In complying with statutory GDPR obligations, below please find information pertaining to AK ANATOL Anatol Kałasznikow located in Żary at ul. Handlowa 4 processing personal data

3) Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of providing you with quotes, generating orders, commercial information, marketing products and services, performance of concluded agreements by the Controller pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
4) Your personal data shall be processed within the following scope: name and surname, business name, e-mail address, contact and address details, telephone number, IP number.
5) Your personal data may be disclosed to other entities; our partners or in other words companies whom we work with by combining our products or services. Our subcontractors (processors) may also have access to the data.
6) Your personal data shall not be provided to a third country or international organisation.
7) Your personal data shall be stored until your consent for the processing thereof is withdrawn.
8) You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, the right to withdraw the processing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes GDPR regulations.
10) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however if personal data is not provided then the Controller may refuse to carry out the tasks covered by the scope of the consent.
11) Your personal data shall not be processed automatically and it shall not be subject to data profiling.
12) Pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 4 of GDPR, please note that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Objections should be made to the Controller whose contact details are specified in point 2 in accordance with GDPR Article 21 paragraph 1.
